Dr. Allison Nicholls

“Having worn braces as a teen, I’ve experienced firsthand the impact orthodontics can have on someone’s life. I truly love working with patients to create beautiful smiles and boost their self-confidence”

Dr. Nicholls was born in Newmarket, Ontario, but her adventurous spirit took her across Canada and Europe thanks to her family’s military background. She completed high school in Comox, British Columbia but now considers Stratford her hometown. As a dedicated military professional herself, Dr. Nicholls served as a Dental Officer in the Royal Canadian Dental Corps before pursuing her passion for Orthodontics. She also enjoys dance, gymnastics, volunteering at the local animal shelter, traveling, and is fluent in French.

Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Nicholls received several awards, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Annual Scholarship Award, the BC Society of Orthodontists Charles C. Craig Memorial Scholarship, the Lindsey O. Kesling Orthodontics Resident Scholarship Award, the Nancy Murray Prize, and the Douglas and Linda Beaton Award.

With a rich background in both military and civilian dental practices, Dr. Nicholls brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective. She is an active member of the Stratford and District Dental Society, the Corus Associate Doctor Community, Ontario Association of Orthodontists, the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.
